Collins Schoolhouse
A few miles outside of Yellow Springs is a one-room schoolhouse restored and refurbished by the late Helen Bryson Brantley and her husband, Virgil, and now used as an educational resource where area students can experience life in the late 1800s for a day.

The pictures offered below are taken from a Mills Lawn Elementary School visit in May of 2003 and the Yellow Springs Historical Society program on May 2, 2004.

Outside the school: pump, woodshed and outhouse.
